摘　　要：建立健全教学质量保障体系是高校提高人才培养质量的核心。大连大学医学院基于审核评估完善医学本科教学质量保障体系.以提高有效度为目标,涵盖学生从入学到毕业的全过程.突出对学生学习效果的关注,统筹考虑学生学习和成长需要、培养的毕业生满足社会和用人单位需要等问题.推动医学教学质量保障体系由“外塑型”向“内生型”转变。Establishing and improving the teaching quality assurance system is the core of improving the quality of personnel training in Colleges and universities.The Medical School of Dalian University improves the quality assurance system of medical undergraduate teaching based on auditing and evaluation,aiming at improving the effectiveness,covering the whole process from enrollment to graduation,highlighting the concern for students,learning effect,taking into account the needs of students'learning and growth as a whole,and training graduates to meet the needs of society and employers,so as to promote the quality assurance system of medical teaching from“outside”The transformation from plastic to endogenous.
