摘  要:目的探讨利用微信平台进行翻转课堂教学在内科学见习中的应用效果。方法选择2018年9月~2019年1月在我院进行内科学见习的2015级临床医学本科专业88名学生为研究对象。随机数字表法分为两组,各44人。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用微信平台进行翻转教学。带教结束后通过问卷调查、理论考核成绩评估两组教学质量。结果与传统教学法相比,研究组对教学内容的兴趣、学习积极性及学习效果有显著提高;研究组理论考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用微信平台进行翻转教学在内科学见习中切实可行,此种教学模式可更有效地优化教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching in internal medicine internship on WeChat platform.Methods From September 2018 to January 2019,88 undergraduate students of clinical medicine of grade 2015 who had internal medicine internship in our hospital were enrolled in this study,they were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 44 people.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,while the study group adopted the WeChat platform for flipped teaching.After teaching,two groups'teaching quality were evaluated by questionnaire and theoretical assessment.Results Compared with the traditional method,the study group's interest in teaching content,learning enthusiasm and learning effect were significantly improved,and the results of theoretical examination in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to use WeChat platform to carry out flipped classroom mode in internal medicine internship,and this teaching mode can optimize teaching effect more effectively.
