血清氧化低密度脂蛋白水平在监测急性缺血性脑血管病患者颈动脉斑块变化中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平在急性缺血性脑血管病患者颈动脉斑块变化中的参考价值。方法选取本院2017年8月-2018年8月收治的80例急性脑梗塞(ACI)患者和45例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者为研究对象,同期选取100例体检健康者作为对照组,均行颈动脉的超声检查、ox-LDL水平和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分情况分析。结果 ACI、TIA组的ox-LDL水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.001),ACI组的ox-LDL水平较TIA组显著升高(P<0.01);稳定斑块组和不稳定斑块组的ox-LDL水平较无斑块组显著升高(P<0.001),不稳定斑块组的ox-LDL水平较稳定斑块组显著升高(P<0.01);中型、重型患者的ox-LDL水平较轻型显著升高(P<0.001),重型患者的ox-LDL水平较中型显著升高(P<0.001)。结论血清ox-LDL水平在监测急性缺血性脑血管病患者颈动脉斑块变化中具有较好的参考价值。Objective To investigate the reference value of serum oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)level in monitoring carotid plaque changes in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and 45 patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA)admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in our study,and we selected 100 healthy people as a control group,and all the patients underwent ultrasound detection,ox-LDL level test,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score.Results The ox-LDL levels in the ACI and TIA groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The level of ox-LDL was significantly higher than that of the TIA group(P<0.01);the stable plaque group and the level of ox-LDL in the unstable plaque group were significantly higher than that in the non-plaque group(P<0.001),and the level of ox-LDL in the unstable plaque group was significantly higher than that in the stable plaque group(P<0.01);and the ox-LDL levels were significantly higher in moderate and severe patients(P<0.001),the ox-LDL levels in severe patients is significantly higher than medium patients(P<0.001).Conclusion Serum ox-LDL level has a good reference value in monitoring carotid plaque changes in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
