甘肃省农村人群中发硒含量水平的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查甘肃省农村人群中发硒含量的本底值,为大骨节病、硒中毒或硒缺乏等疾病的防控工作提供有力数据支撑。方法采用原子荧光光度法分析头发中硒元素的水平。结果参与调查的部分甘肃省农村人群中发硒含量中位数、95%位数分别为0.173 mg/kg、0.358 mg/kg,其中儿童发硒含量中位数、95%位数分别为0.180 mg/kg、0.360 mg/kg,成人发硒含量中位数、95%位数分别为0.170 mg/kg、0.360 mg/kg;大多数人群发硒含量集中在0.10 mg/kg^0.25 mg/kg,嘉峪关、金昌、武威、兰州、天水5个地区人群发硒本底值在0.19 mg/kg之上。结论参与调查的甘肃省部分农村人群发硒含量与性别无明显关系;省内不同地区正常人群发硒含量差异无统计学意义;与其他地区所报道正常人群发硒水平相比,甘肃省正常农村人群发硒含量偏低。Objective In order to provide a powerful data support for the prevention and control of Kaschin-Beck Disease,selenium poisoning or selenium deficiency,an investigation was conducted to detect the background value of selenium in rural populations of Gansu Province.Methods The atomic fluorescence spectral method was used to analyze the content of selenium in hair.Results The median and the 95%-percentile of selenium content in rural populations of Gansu Province was 0.173 mg/kg and 0.358 mg/kg,in which the median and the 95%-percentile of children's hair selenium content was 0.180 mg/kg and 0.360 mg/kg,and the contents in adult hair was 0.170 mg/kg and 0.360 mg/kg.The selenium content to the majority of people was concentrated within 0.10 mg/kg-0.25 mg/kg.The background value of selenium for people was above 0.19 mg/kg in Jiayuguan,Jinchang,Wuwei,Lanzhou and Tianshui.Conclusion There was no significant relationship between hair selenium content and sex in rural populations of Gansu Province;there was also no significant difference in selenium content between normal people in different areas of Gansu Province;the selenium content of normal population in Gansu province was lower than that reported in other regions.
