摘　　要：目的对急性脑血栓形成应用动脉介入尿激酶溶栓的临床效果进行分析。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月在我院接受治疗的20例急性脑血栓形成患者作为本次研究对象,并根据治疗方法的不同将所有患者进行分组,可分为对照组(10例,使用尿激酶静脉溶栓)和观察组(10例,使用尿激酶动脉溶栓),对比并分析两种不同方法的临床治疗效果。结果经过对比后,两组差异显著,可看到观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血脉再通率显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对急性脑血栓形成患者的治疗过程中,采用动脉介入尿激酶溶栓进行治疗,其治疗有效率高,可以很大程度上促进患者恢复,有较高的临床使用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intra-arterial interventional urokinase thrombolysis in acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods Twenty patients with acute cerebral thrombosis who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the different treatment methods,all patients were divided into control group(10 cases were treated with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis)and observation group(10 cases were treated with urokinase intraarterial thrombolysis).The clinical effects of two different methods were compared and analyzed.Results After comparison,the difference between the two groups is significant.It can be seen that the total effective rate of the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);at the same time,the blood recanalization rate of the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis,the use of arterial interventional urokinase thrombolysis can achieve significant therapeutic effects,its treatment efficiency is high,can greatly promote patient recovery,and has a high clinical value.
