摘  要:通过正交实验对1H,1H,2H,2H-十三氟辛基硅油进行了乳化处理,研究了含固量、乳化剂HLB值及其用量对乳液稳定性的影响,测试了乳液的粒径、Zeta电位、稀释稳定性和离心稳定性,得出最优工艺为:含固量10%,乳化剂HLB值10.5,乳化剂用量10%,制备的1H,1H,2H,2H-十三氟辛基硅油乳液稳定性能优良。将其应用于棉织物整理,添加不同质量浓度的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷可以提高整理织物的防水性能。研究了焙烘温度对整理织物防水性能的影响,当180℃、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷质量浓度为30 g/L时,整理棉织物防水性良好,对水的接触角为132.9°,防水等级为80分(3级)。The emulsification of 1H,1H,2H,2H-tridecafluorooctyl silicone oil was studied by orthogonal experiment.The effects of solid content,emulsifier HLB value and its dosage on the stability of emulsion were studied.The particle size,Zeta potential,dilution stability and centrifugal stability of the emulsions were tested.The optimum process was as follows:solid content 10%,emulsifier HLB 10.5 and emulsifier dosage 10%.The prepared 1H,1H,2H,2H-tridecafluorooctyl silicone oil emulsion had good stability.Applying the emulsion to cot ton fabric and adding different concentration of vinyl triethoxy silane could improve the water repellency of finishing fabrics.The effect of baking temperatures on water repellency of finished fabrics was studied.When the baking temperature was 180℃,the concentration of vinyl triethoxysilane was 30 g/L,the finishing cotton fabric had good water repellency,the contact angle of the fabric to water was 132.9°,and the water repellency grade was 80 points(grade 3).
