摘  要:采用L9(34)正交实验设计法研究了铝灰渣水解过程时间、温度、转速等因素对铝灰渣中AlN含量的影响,确定了水解参数的主次关系依次为时间、温度、转速。进一步优化了铝灰渣水解工艺,确定了时间、温度、转速的最佳条件值分别为20h、100℃、300r/min。采用非线性回归分析对水解参数进行了深入分析,得出了铝灰渣中AlN含量与各水解参数的非线性关系。实验值与理论值对比结果表明,相对误差值基本可以控制在±9.65%以内,研究结果可为铝灰渣水解过程中AlN含量的预测与控制提供一定参考。L9(34)orthogonal experimental design method was used to study the effects of hydrolysis time,temperature,and rotational speed of aluminum ash slag on the content of AlN in aluminum ash slag.The primary and secondary relationships of hydrolysis parameters were determined by time,temperature,and rotation speed,and the aluminum ash slag hydrolysis process was further optimized.The final conditions of time,temperature,and speed were determined to be 20 h,100°C,and 300 r/min,respectively.At the same time,the nonlinear relationship between the content of AlN in aluminum ash slag and the hydrolysis parameters was obtained by the nonlinear regression analysis.By comparing the experimental value with the theoretical value,it was found that the relative error value could be controlled within±9.65%,which provided a reference for the prediction and control of the content of AlN in aluminum ash slag during the hydrolysis process.
