摘 要:目的研究精神分裂症大鼠模型内侧前额叶皮质小白蛋白和生长抑素神经元减少与精神分裂症症状的相关性。方法选取清洁级SD雄性大鼠40只,分成模型组与对照组各20只。其中模型组大鼠予以尾静脉注射10 mg/kg的聚肌胞苷酸建立精神分裂症大鼠模型,对照组大鼠则予以尾静脉注射等体积的生理盐水。分别比较两组大鼠强迫游泳实验结果,内侧前额叶皮质的小白蛋白、生长抑素阳性神经元数目,并做相关性分析。结果模型组大鼠强迫游泳实验的不动时间高于对照组(P<0.05),内侧前额叶皮质的小白蛋白阳性神经元、生长抑素神经元阳性数目低于对照组(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,小白蛋白神经元数目、生长抑素神经元数目与强迫游泳实验不动时间均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症大鼠模型内侧前额叶皮质小白蛋白和生长抑素神经元减少与精神分裂症症状密切相关,且随着小白蛋白和生长抑素神经元的不断减少,大鼠精神分裂症症状随之加重,值得临床重点关注。Objective To explore the correlation between small albumin and somatostatin neurons decrease in medial prefrontal cortex and the symptoms of schizophrenia in rats with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 40 male SD rats with clean grade were selected and randomly divided into model group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).Model group rats were given tail vein injection of 10 mg/kg polyinosidic acid to establish the rat model of schizophrenia,and control group rats were given tail vein injection of equal volume of physiological saline.The results of forced swimming test,the numbers of small albumin and somatostatin-positive neurons in medial prefrontal cortex in both groups were compared and the correlation was analyzed.Results The immobility time in forced swimming test of model group was longer than that of control group(P<0.05).The numbers of small albumin-positive neurons and positive somatostatin neurons in medial prefrontal cortex of model group were significantly less than those of control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there existed a negative correlation between small albumin,somatostatin neurons and immobility time in forced swimming test(P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of small albumin and somatostatin neurons in medial prefrontal cortex in rats with schizophrenia is closely related to their schizophrenic symptoms.With the decrease of small albumin and somatostatin neurons,the schizophrenic symptoms get worse,which is worthy of clinical attention.
