摘  要:目的探讨臭氧水对四种牙周致病菌的作用。方法采用定量悬液法测定不同浓度臭氧水溶液(0ppm、1.05ppm、2.11ppm、3.91ppm)及3%过氧化氢溶液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.g)ATCC33277、中间普氏菌(P.i)ATCC25611、具核梭杆菌(F.n) ATCC10953、黏性放线菌(A.v)ATCC19246分别作用30s、60s后的菌落总数,并取对数统计分析在不同作用时间下不同浓度臭氧水溶液及3%过氧化氢溶液对4种牙周致病菌的杀菌效果。结果作用时间相同时,各组溶液对P.g ATCC33277、F.n ATCC10953、P.i ATCC25611、A.v ATCC19246作用后的菌落总数比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。作用浓度相同而作用时间不同时,各组溶液对F.n ATCC10953、P.i ATCC25611作用后的菌落总数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);1.05ppm臭氧水溶液对P.g ATCC33277作用后的菌落总数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);0ppm臭氧水溶液、2.11ppm臭氧水溶液、3.91ppm臭氧水溶液、3%过氧化氢溶液对P.g ATCC33277作用后的菌落总数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3.91ppm臭氧水溶液对A.v ATCC19246作用后的菌落总数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);0ppm臭氧水溶液、 2.11ppm臭氧水溶液、1.05ppm臭氧水溶液、3%过氧化氢溶液对A.v ATCC19246作用后的菌落总数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论臭氧水对P.g ATCC33277、F.n ATCC10953、P.i ATCC25611、A.v ATCC19246具有浓度依赖性杀菌效果。Objective To investigate the antimicrobial effects of ozone water on four kinds of periodontal pathogens. Methods Four kinds of standard periodontal pathogens strains including Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g.) ATCC 33277, Porphyromonas intermadia(P.i) ATCC 25611, Fusobacterium nucleatum(F.n) ATCC 10953, Actinomyces viscosus(A.v) ATCC 19246 were treated with different concentrations of ozone solution(0 ppm, 1.05 ppm, 2.11 ppm, 3.91 ppm) and 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for 30 s and 60 s. The total number of colonies was detected by the quantitative suspension method. The antimicrobial effects were compared among different treatments. Results Under the same treatment time, the total number of colonies of P.g ATCC33277, F.n ATCC10953, P.I ATCC25611 and A.v ATCC19246 treated with different solutions had statistic difference(P<0.05). Under the same treatment concentration, the total number of colonies of P.g ATCC33277, F.n ATCC10953, P.I ATCC25611 and A.v ATCC19246 treated with different time had no difference(P>0.05). The total number of bacterial colonies of P.g ATCC33277 treated with 1.05 ppm ozone solution had statistic difference(P<0.05), while no difference was found under the treatment of 0 ppm, 2.11 ppm, 3.91 ppm ozone solutions as well as the 3% hydrogen peroxide solution(P>0.05). The total number of bacterial colonies of A.v ATCC19246 treated with 3.91 ppm ozone solution had statistic difference(P<0.05), while no difference was found under the treatment of 0 ppm, 2.11 ppm, 1.05 ppm ozone solutions as well as the 3% hydrogen peroxide solution(P>0.05). Conclusion Ozone water has a concentration-dependent bactericidal effect on P.g ATCC33277, F.n ATCC10953, P.i ATCC25611, A.v ATCC19246.
