摘　　要：目的探讨宝石能谱CT扫描在肺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1~12月我院肿瘤科收治的40例肺肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照检查方法的不同分为对照组和实验组,各20例。对照组实施低剂量多层螺旋CT检查,实验组实施宝石能谱CT扫描,比较两组患者的临床检查结果。结果实验组的病灶检出率为95%,高于对照组的85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的诊断准确性为95%,高于对照组的85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的漏诊率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现误诊。实验组的辐射剂量为(0.65±0.05)mSv,低于对照组的(0.83±0.07)mSv,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用宝石能谱CT扫描对肺肿瘤进行检查,具有更高的检查准确性和安全性,能够为肺肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供可靠依据,因而推广应用价值更高。Objective To investigate the application value of gemstone energy spectrum CT scan in the diagnosis of lung tumors.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with lung tumors treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different examination methods.The control group underwent low-dose multi-slice spiral CT examination,and the experimental group underwent gemstone energy spectrum CT scanning.The clinical examination results of the two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of lesions in the experimental group was 95%,which was higher than 85%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was 95%,which was higher than 85%of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of missed diagnosis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no misdiagnosis in both groups.The radiation dose of the experimental group was(0.65±0.05)mSv,which was lower than that of the control group([0.83±0.07]mSv),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The gemstone energy spectrum CT scanning has higher accuracy and safety in the detection of lung tumors,and can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lung tumors,so it has higher application value.
