摘 要:痛风肾病(GN)起病隐匿,患者早期无明显症状及实验室异常表现,不易被察觉,许多病例确诊时已进入肾衰竭期。因此,寻找对早期肾损伤更敏感的生物标志物或检测手段,提高早期GN诊断敏感度和特异度,对治疗效果及患者预后进行监测和提早判断,可帮助临床更好地制定个体化治疗方案,对防止病情恶化至关重要。本文对GN早期诊断常用及潜在参与GN发病和病情进展的生物指标研究进展进行综述。Gouty nephropathy(GN)has a latent onset without obvious symptoms and laboratory manifestations in the early stage,resulting in difficulty in early detection,and many cases have already entered into renal failure stage when they are definitely diagnosed.Therefore,it is very important to look for more sensitive biomarkers or detection method for early renal injury to elevate the sensitivity and specificity of early GN diagnosis,that may help monitor the therapeutic effect and the patients'prognosis and the early dianosis can assist clinicians to formulate a more suitabe individualized therapeutic regime to prevent the deterioration of GN.This article reviews the research progress of biological indicators commonly used in early diagnosis of GN and potential involved in the pathogenesis and progress of GN.
