康复期乳腺癌中医证候与癌因性疲乏的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复期乳腺癌中医证候分布规律与癌因性疲乏的相关性。方法:对650例康复期乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查评估康复期乳腺癌患者疲乏状况,通过Logistic回归分析研究癌因性疲乏与康复期乳腺癌中医证候的相关性。结果:650例康复期乳腺癌患者伴有疲乏的334例,其中康复期乳腺癌癌因性疲乏与肝肾亏虚证、肝郁脾虚证、脾肾亏虚证均有一定的相关性。结论:康复期乳腺癌癌因性疲乏的证候总属脏腑亏虚,临床辨证以肝、脾、肾为要。Objective:To investigate the relationship between TCM syndromes of breast cancer in convalescence and cancer-related fatigue. Methods:A syndrome database was established within 650 cases of convalescence breast cancer to study the relationship between TCM syndromes of breast cancer in convalescence and cancer-related fatigue. Logistic regression analysis was used to study the correlation between TCM syndromes of breast cancer in convalescence and cancer-related fatigue. Results:There were 334 cases of 650 cases of breast cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue in convalescence. Cancer-related fatiguewas related with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, liver depression and spleen deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome. Conclusion:Syndrome of cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer at convalescence stage belongs to deficiency of viscera. The clinical syndrome differentiation should pay attention to the liver, spleen and kidney.
