观察唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法30例肺癌骨转移患者,随机分为参照组和治疗组,每组15例。参照组患者采用化疗治疗,治疗组患者在参照组基础上联合唑来膦酸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗后血钙水平及治疗前后疼痛评分、生活质量评分。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率为80.00%,高于参照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的血钙水平为(2.78±0.46)mmol/L低于参照组的(3.88±1.32)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者疼痛评分(3.22±1.20)分低于参照组的(5.46±2.14)分,生活质量评分(90.64±8.21)分高于参照组的(84.21±7.68)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗肺癌骨转移患者,在缓解患者疼痛的同时,能够改善血钙水平,提高生活质量,确保临床疗效,适宜临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy for bone metastasis of lung cancer.Methods A total of 30 patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the treatment group was treated with zoledronic acid on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on clinical efficacy,serum calcium level after treatment,pain score and quality of life score before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 80.00%in the treatment group,which was higher than 40.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum calcium(2.78±0.46)mmol/L in the treatment group was lower than(3.88±1.32)mmol/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score(3.22±1.20)points in the treatment group was lower than(5.46±2.14)points in the control group,and quality of life score(90.64±8.21)points was higher than(84.21±7.68)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer patients with bone metastases can not only alleviate the pain of patients,but also improve the level of serum calcium,improve the quality of life,ensure the clinical efficacy.It is suitable for clinical application.
