超声联合肿瘤标志物检测对甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声联合肿瘤标志物检测对甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)的诊断价值。方法:选择PTC患者62例并定义为观察组,结节性甲状腺肿45例并定义为对照组。分析超声诊断及肿瘤标志物单独诊断PTC的敏感度和特异度。分析肿瘤标志物单独诊断PTC特异度最高的标志物联合超声诊断PTC的敏感性和特异性。结果:超声诊断PTC的敏感性为98.39%,特异性为77.78%;CK19单独诊断的敏感性为70.97%,特异性为95.56%,Galectin-3的敏感性为79.03%,特异性为86.67%;超声联合CK19诊断的敏感性为93.55%,特异性为91.11%。结论:超声诊断联合CK19在PTC疾病诊断中具有一定的价值,可作为诊断PTC疾病的指标之一。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with tumor markers for papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods:Sixty-two patients with PTC were enrolled and defined as the observation group.45 cases of nodular goiter were defined as the control group.The sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of PTC by ultrasound and tumor markers alone were analyzed.The sensitivity and specificity were analyzed for the diagnosis of PTC by ultrasound combined with the tumor marker which specificity was best.Results:The sensitivity for the diagnosis of PTC by ultrasound was 98.39%,and the specificity was 77.78%.The sensitivity of CK19 alone was 70.97%,and the specificity was 95.56%.The sensitivity of Galectin-3 was 79.03%,and the specificity was 86.67%.The sensitivity and the specificity of ultrasound combined with CK19 was 93.55% and 91.11%.Conclusion:Ultrasound combined with CK19 has certain value in the diagnosis of PTC and can be used as one of the indicators for diagnosing PTC.
