腹腔镜手术经阴道后壁中段切口取瘤对女性性功能影响的前瞻性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜手术阴道后壁中段切口取瘤对女性性功能的影响。方法:前瞻性观察2017年6月至2018年3月沈阳市妇婴医院80例腹腔镜手术经阴道后壁中段切口取瘤患者的性功能变化情况。年龄26~49岁,平均(35.93±4.79)岁,体重指数19.2~28.6 kg/m^2,平均(22.87±2.04)kg/m^2。子宫肌瘤46例,附件区囊肿34例。采用女性性功能指数问卷(FSFI)对患者术前及术后6个月、12个月的性功能进行评价。结果:术前及术后6个月、12个月FSFI评分分别为(30.68±0.15)分,(30.70±1.47)分,(30.74±1.17)分,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术阴道后壁中段切口取瘤对女性性功能无负面影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of vaginal posterior wall incision on female sexual function during laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A retrospective study was performed on the changes of sexual function in 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery from the mid-vaginal posterior incision in the Shenyang Women’s and Children’s Hospital from June 2017 to March 2018.There were eighty patients in this group,aged 26~49 years,mean(35.93±4.79)years old,body mass index 19.2~28.6 kg/m^2,average(22.87±2.04)kg/m^2.There were 46 cases of uterine fibroids and 34 cases of cysts in the attachment area.Sexual function was assessed before and 6 months and 12 months after surgery using the Female Sexual Function Index Questionnaire(FSFI).Results:The FSFI scores before and 6 months and 12 months were(30.68±0.15),(30.70±1.47),(30.74±1.17),and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery of the posterior incision of the posterior vaginal wall has no negative effect on female sexual function.
