摘  要:针对圆柱坐标下多孔径拼接技术中坐标变换方程求解复杂,使得圆柱坐标系下的多孔径拼接困难的问题,采用粒子群算法来求解非线性方程组,将非线性方程组转化为优化问题求解,建立了求解拼接参数的目标函数,在保证求解精度的同时,大大简化了求解过程的复杂性。通过计算机模拟测量了一圆柱体面形,拼接误差达到10-10mm,验证了其收敛性和精确性,最后采用数字全息中倾斜光照明方法获得螺母的轮廓进行了拼接,证明了这种算法对回转类物体的测量是切实有效的。In order to solve the problem of complex coordinate transformation equation in the multi-aperture stitc-hing technique in cylindrical coordinates,which makes the multi-aperture stitching in cylindrical coordinate systems difficult,Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is used to solve the nonlinear equations,and the nonlinear equations are converted into optimization problems.Not only the calculation is fast and greatly simplifies the complexity of the solu-tion process.A cylindrical surface shape is measured by computer simulation to verify its convergence and accuracy,and the stitching error reaches 10-10 mm.Finally,the contour of nuts obtained by tilt illumination method in digital ho-lography is mosaic,which proves that this algorithm is effective for the measurement of rotating objects.
