摘 要:探讨不同浓度的多巴胺溶液对牙本质的粘结强度的影响,为牙本质粘结界面的处理提供理论依据。方法:选取人体无龋坏磨牙80颗,根据多巴胺溶液浓度不同随机分为4组(n=20):1 mg/ml组、2 mg/ml组、3 mg/ml组、对照组,对照组使用蒸馏水。分别用4组溶液处理牙本质界面,然后用粘结剂及树脂进行粘结,制备出实验试件,用微机控制电子式万能试验机检测其剪切强度,进行比较,得出结论。结果:用1 mg/ml、2 mg/ml的多巴胺溶液处理过牙本质界面的试件,其剪切强度有所增高,其中2 mg/ml组剪切强度最高,与对照组差异明显(P<0.05),而3 mg/ml实验组的剪切强度降低。结论:使用适宜浓度的多巴胺溶液对牙本质进行处理,可以增强牙本质粘结强度,2 mg/ml的多巴胺溶液为最好。Objective:To explore the bonding strength of different concentrations of dopamine solution to dentin,and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of dentin bonding interface.Methods:80 human non-cracking molars were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=20)according to the concentration of dopamine solution:1 mg/ml group,2 mg/ml group,3 mg/ml group,and control group.The control group was distilled water.The dentin interface was treated with four groups of solutions,and then bonded with a binder and a resin to prepare experimental specimens.The shear strength was measured by a microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine,and comparison was made to draw conclusions.Results:The shear strength of the specimens treated with 1 mg/ml and 2 mg/ml dopamine solution increased,and the shear strength of the 2 mg/ml group was the highest,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).The shear strength of the 3 mg/ml experimental group was reduced.Conclusion:Dentin bonding can be enhanced by treatment of dentin with a suitable concentration of dopamine solution,and a 2 mg/ml dopamine solution is preferred.
