专业技能对建筑工人不安全行为的影响：有调节的中介作用

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法收集320份建筑工人数据,借助SPSS和AMOS软件,先对调查问卷信效度及共同方法偏差进行检验,再根据有中介的调节作用检验程序,探讨接触-成熟阶段的专业技能对建筑工人不安全行为的影响,以及过度自信的中介作用和风险感知的调节作用。结果表明:接触-成熟阶段的专业技能对建筑工人的不安全行为具有显著的正向预测作用;过度自信在处于接触-成熟阶段的专业技能与建筑工人的不安全行为关系间发挥着显著的中介作用;风险感知在接触-成熟阶段的专业技能与建筑工人的不安全行为关系间发挥着重要的调节作用,且风险感知的调节作用通过过度自信的中介实现,即风险感知能力越强时,过度自信的中介对建筑工人的不安全行为的正向影响愈强烈。First,with the help of SPSS and AMOS,the data of 320 construction workers were collected by questionnaire survey,and the reliability and the deviation of the common method were tested based on SPSS and AMOS.Based on the mediating adjustment procedure,this study explored the effect of professional skills at the contact-mature stage on the unsafe behaviors of construction workers and the intermediary role of overconfidence and the regulatory role of risk perception.The results show that the professional skills at the exposure-to-maturity stage have a significant positive predictive effect on the unsafe behaviors of construction workers,and overconfide nee is related to the unsafe behaviors of construction workers at the contact-mature stage.Risk perception plays an important role in regulating the relationship between professional skills at the contact-and-mature stage and the unsafe behaviors of construction workers and the regulatory role of risk perception is realized through the intermediary of overconfidence.That is the stronger of the ability of risk perception will lead to the stronger positive effect of the professional skills in the contact-mature stage on the unsafe behaviors of construction workers through overconfident intermediary.
