摘　　要：中职教育是我国教育体系当中的重要组成部分,尤其是进入到新时代,国家需要更多的专业技术人才,但是随着形势的发展中,职业学校面临着招生难的困境。基于此,本文主要分析了中职学生入学动机的主要内容,并对目前招生策略当中存在的问题进行探讨,针对这些问题,分析优化招生策略的路径。Secondary vocational education is an important part of China’s education system, especially in the new era, the country needs more professional and technical personnel, but with the development of the situation, vocational schools are facing difficulties in recruiting students. Based on this, this paper mainly analyses the main content of the motivation of secondary vocational school students, and discusses the problems existing in the current enrollment strategy, aiming at these problems, it analyses the path of optimizing the enrollment strategy.
