摘  要:在国家大力提升医学生临床人文素质的大背景下,校院协同的医学人文教育模式,注重在校和下院后人文教育的连贯性,科学性、渗透性和系统性,有利于整合校院两级资源,优势互补;有利于持续熏陶、引导医学生,人文课程与课程人文同向同行;有利于提高医学生人文学习的积极性与主动性;有利于提升医学人文教育实效性,并切实提高医学生临床人文素养。Under the background of the state’s efforts to improve the humanistic quality of medical students, the mode of the collaboration between the university and the hospital focuses on the characteristics of medical humanistic education, such as consistency, scientism, penetration and systematization. It is conducive to integrating the resources of the university and the hospital and complementing each other. It is conducive to continuously edifying and guiding medical students, and all medical courses are in the same direction as humanities courses. It is helpful to improve medical students’ enthusiasm and initiative in humanistic learning. It is helpful to improve the effectiveness of medical humanistic education and medical students’ clinical humanistic quality.
