摘　　要：高等学校作为人才培养的摇篮,人才培养质量是衡量高等学校办学水平的最重要标准。根据国家经济建设需求和专业课程教学与社会需求间存在的问题,依托建筑结构的加固维护方向建立工程训练平台,通过引进具体包括钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构、砌体结构等结构类型的加固案例,进行专业剖析和案例教学分析,建立了工程训练平台的研究框架,然后编排教学内容的并制作课件,提出了基于工程类专业本科阶段的专业素养与综合素质的培养提升路径与策略。As the cradle of talent cultivation, the quality of talent cultivation is the most important standard to measure the level of running a university. According to the problems existing between the national economic construction demand and the teaching of specialized courses and the social demand, relying on the direction of reinforcement and maintenance of building structures, an engineering training platform is established. Through introducing reinforcement cases including reinforced concrete structures, steel structures and masonry structures, professional analysis and case teaching analysis are carried out. The research framework of engineering training platform is established, and then the teaching content is arranged and courseware is made. The path and strategy of training and upgrading the professional quality and comprehensive quality based on the undergraduate stage of engineering specialty are put forward.
