摘　　要：创新创业能力的培养是旅游管理专业应用转型发展的必然要求,也是社会对旅游管理人才素质的新要求。以应用基础型课程"旅游规划与开发"为例,对旅游管理专业人才创新创业能力培养进行研究。研究认为,旅游管理专业人才创新创业能力要具有三大素质,即专业素养、教育素养与职业素养;"旅游规划与开发"课程将创新创业教育与课程教学相融合适应旅游管理专业转型发展的需要,满足服务地方旅游经济发展的需要;可以通过构建创新创业体系,改变传统的教学方法、培养模式等措施加强对旅游管理专业人才创新创业能力的培养。The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an inevitable requirement for the application and development of tourism management, and also a new requirement for the quality of tourism management talents. According to the research, tourism management professionals should have three major qualities-including specialized quality, educational quality and professional quality;"Tourism Planning and Development" course integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education with curriculum teaching to meet the needs of tourism management professional transformation and development, and meets the needs of serving local tourism economic development, and put forward the training countermeasures by constructing innovation and entrepreneurship system, changing traditional teaching methods and training modes.
