研学旅行视阈下高职旅游管理专业人才培养改革研究

摘　　要：目前在“文旅融合”的趋势下,旅游管理专业人才培养也面临一系列的挑战,研学旅行这一蓬勃发展的产业急需大量专门人才。作为导游职业的新兴岗位,研学导师的从业缺口巨大。高职旅游管理专业主要培养旅游行业一线从业人员,需对接旅游产业的发展,不断进行人才培养模式改革。本文分析了研学旅行的提出和发展趋势,指出研学旅行市场对专门性研学导师(导游)人才的需求,分析了研学导师(导游)需具备的主要能力,并结合所在学校的实践探索提出了高职旅游管理专业人才培养改革的建议。At present,under the trend of"integration of culture and tourism",the training of tourismmanagement professionals is also facing a series of challenges.The booming industry of research tourism urgently needs a large number of specialized talents.As a new position of tour guide profession,there is a huge gap in the practice of research tutors.Higher vocational tourism management specialty mainly trains frontline practitioners in tourism industry.It needs to keep up with the development of tourism industry and carry out the reform of personnel training mode.This paper analyses the proposition and development trend of research tourism,points out the demand for specialized research tutors(tour guides)in the market of research tourism,analyses the main abilities that research tutors(tour guides)need to possess,and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of the training of tourismmanagement professionals in higher vocational colleges based on the practice and exploration of their schools.
