摘　　要：我国档案专业人员继续教育需求大,主要来自档案从业人员知识结构完善以及职称评审和岗位聘用的需要。我国档案专业人员继续教育存在的问题主要包括培训规模有限,不能满足社会需求;教材普遍缺乏,继续教育内容不完善;以理论教学为主,缺乏实操教学;师资队伍参差不齐,授课质量难以保障;网络继续教育资源缺乏;继续教育收费较高。解决问题的对策有培育市场力量,扩大继续教育规模;加强教材体系建设,完善继续教育内容;增加实践教学内容,满足一线工作者实际需要;提升师资队伍能力,建设专兼职教师队伍;搭建全国档案教育网络平台,开展远程继续教育;开展公益性培训,控制继续教育收费额度。The main problems existing in the continuing education for archivists include the limited scale of professional training, the lacking teaching materials and uncomplete teaching contents, the lacking network continuing education resource, the high education fee and so on. Practical measures should be proposed as enlarging the scale of professional training, improving the education contents, constructing of teachers team, establishing the national network platform for archivists continuing education, and controlling education fee.
