摘  要:自核酸发现以来已有150年的历史,这段历史可以划分为4个阶段.本文分别概括每个阶段的重要科学发现,同时结合我国在各个阶段取得的成绩,总结和回顾了我国RNA研究的发展历程.中国RNA研究经历了一个快速发展的过程,从早期的跟随,逐步积累到创新引领,终于走上国际科技前沿.当今中国RNA研究主要在计算RNA组学、RNA生物学与医学以及RNA技术及基因资源方面纵深布局,形成了较为完整的RNA科学研究与创新格局.It has been 150 years since the discovery of nucleic acids. This period can be divided into four stages. This study separately summarizes the important scientific findings of each stage and summarizes and reviews the developmental history of RNA research along with the achievements made during various stages of this period in China. Chinese RNA research has witnessed a rapid developmental process from early follow-up and gradual accumulation to leading innovation and has finally embarked on the frontier of international science and technology. The current Chinese RNA research is mainly focused on computational RNomics, RNA biology and medicine, and RNA technology and genetic resources, achieving a relatively complete picture with respect to RNA scientific research and innovation.
