摘　　要：[目的]分析嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎患者的临床特点,以提高诊断率并探讨有效的治疗方法,改善预后。[方法]收集入院诊治的17例嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎患者的临床资料,对其临床症状及体征、实验室检查、影像学检查、胃肠镜及病理检查、治疗效果进行分析。[结果]17例患者临床表现多种多样,29.4%的患者发病前有过敏史;82.4%的患者临床表现有腹痛,其次为恶心、呕吐(64.7%);临床主要特点为外周血、腹水中嗜酸性粒细胞增多,胃肠道嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。大部分患者糖皮质激素治疗有效,治疗后随访3个月~1年,有1例患者复发,无一例恶变。[结论]嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎以消化道症状为首发表现。外周血及腹水中嗜酸性粒细胞增多,胃肠道嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为本病主要特征。首选脱离过敏原及对症支持治疗,症状较重者糖皮质激素疗效较好。[Objective]To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with eosinophilic gastroenteritis and improve the diagnosis rate,explore effective treatment methods and improve the prognosis.[Methods]We retrospective analyzed the clinical data of patients with eosinophilic gastroenteritis in our hospital from July 2008 to July 2018 and summarized the characteristics of clinical manifestations,laboratory results,imaging examination,endoscopy and pathology examination,treatment effects.[Results]The clinical manifestations of 17 patients were diverse,and 29.4% of patients had a history of allergies before onset.Most patients had abdominal pain(82.4%),followed by nausea and vomiting(64.7%).Its main features were increased eosinophilia in peripheral blood and ascites,and eosinophil infiltration in the gastrointestinal.Most patients were effective in the treatment of glucocorticoid.They were followed up from 3 months to 1 year after treatment,one patient had recurrence,however no malignant patients.[Conclusion]Gastrointestinal symptoms are usually the initial manifestation of eosinophilic gastroenteritis.Eosinophilia in peripheral blood and ascites,and eosinophil infiltration in the gastrointestinal are the main feature of this disease.It is preferred to get rid of allergens and symptomatic supportive treatment.Glucocorticoid is effective in the treatment of eosinophilic gastroenteritis with severe symptoms.
