849例男性不育患者的染色体核型分析

摘　　要：目的利用回顾性研究对朝阳地区849例男性不育症患者进行外周血染色体核型诊断,分析异常染色体对不育的影响。方法对来我院男科门诊就诊的849例成年男性患者进行外周血染色体核型诊断,分析异常核型患者的不育原因。结果849例不育患者外周血染色体检出75例异常核型,其中染色体数目异常32例,结构异常43例。32例染色体数目异常患者克氏综合征患者28例,其中25例是由于无精子症就诊患者,3例少精子症患者。43例染色体结构异常患者中,平衡易位15例(包括罗伯逊易位7例),9号染色体臂间或臂内倒位7例,大Y(Y≥18)19例,2例性反转患者。结论外周血染色体核型异常会导致无精子症或少、弱精子症发生,异常核型是引起男性不育的重要因素,对这类患者进行核型分析是非常重要的。Objective:Retrospective study was conducted on the diagnosis of chromosome karyotype in peripheral blood of 849 male infertility patients in chaoyang district to analyze the influence of abnormal chromosome on infertility.Methods:The diagnosis of chromosome karyotype in peripheral blood of 849 adult male patients in the outpatient department of the male department of our hospital was carried out,and the causes of infertility in the patients with abnormal karyotype were analyzed.Result:Abnormal karyotype was found in 75 of 849 patients with peripheral blood staining,including 32 with abnormal chromosome number and 43 with abnormal structure.There were 28 cases of crohn′s syndrome in 32 patients with abnormal chromosome number,including 25 cases of azoospermia patients and 3 cases of oligospermia patients.Among the 43 patients with chromosomal structural abnormalities,15 cases had balanced translocation(including 7 cases of Robertson translocation),there were 7 cases of chromosome 9 brachial or intra-brachial inversion,19 cases had big Y(Y≥18),and 2 cases had sex inversion.Conclusion:Abnormal chromosome karyotype in peripheral blood may lead to azoospermia or oligospermia and asthenospermia.Abnormal karyotype is an important factor causing male infertility,so it is very important to analyze the karyotype of such patients.
