摘　　要：在新时代背景下,高校教育研究大学生社会责任感培育具有增强大学生道德修养、推进社会主义事业发展以及提高国家软实力的重要意义。本文分析了新时代大学生责任感影响因素与高校责任感培育问题,通过提升学生社会责任感意识、增强高校责任感培育认知、创新责任感培育培养模式、强化责任感培育实践教学等路径的提出,实现高校在新时代有效培育学生社会责任感的教育目标。Under the background of the new era, the cultivation of college students’ sense of social responsibility in higher education research is of great significance in enhancing college students’ moral accomplishment, promoting the development of socialist cause and improving the soft power of the country. This paper analyses the influencing factors of college students’ sense of responsibility in the new era and the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility. By raising students’ sense of social responsibility,enhancing the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility, innovating the cultivation mode of responsibility, and strengthening the cultivation of practical teaching, colleges and universities can effectively cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility in the new era.
