摘　　要：目的 :探讨对良性椎管内肿瘤患者使用椎管成形术进行治疗的临床效果。方法 :选取2013年1月至2016年3月在乐山市人民医院进行治疗的56例良性椎管内肿瘤患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为REF组(n=28)和OBS组(n=28)。对REF组患者使用脊柱融合术进行治疗。对OBS组患者使用椎管成形术进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果 :OBS组患者术中的出血量少于REF组患者,P<0.05。OBS组患者进行手术的时间短于REF组患者,P<0.05。结论 :对良性椎管内肿瘤患者使用椎管成形术进行治疗,可有效地减少其术中的出血量,缩短其进行手术的时间。objective:to investigate the clinical effect of spinal canal angioplasty in patients with benign intraspinal tumors.Methods:56 patients with benign intraspinal tumors treated in leshan people*s hospital from January 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into REF group(n=28)and OBS group(n=28).Patients in the REF group were treated with spinal fusion.Patients in the OBS group were treated with laminoplasty.Then,the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:the amount of bleeding in OBS group was less than that in REF group,P<0.05.The operation time of OBS group was shorter than that of REF group(P<0.05).Conclusion:using laminoplasty for benign intraspinal tumors can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the time of operation.
