摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症的中医辨证及治疗方法,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法通过分析古籍中对抑郁症的描述及分析,对比近年来中医学对抑郁症的临床治疗相关文献,对抑郁症从肝论治与从肾论治的病机进行分析讨论。结果中医古籍中虽然没有抑郁症一说,但对于实际的临床表现均有记载,并给出了相应的辨证分析。结论从肝、从肾或从其他角度进行辨证,合理确定治疗方案,可以达到较好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of depression,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods By analyzing the description and analysis of depression in ancient books,this paper compares the clinical treatment of depression in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,and discusses the pathogenesis of treating depression from liver to kidney.Results Although there is no mention of depression in ancient Chinese medical books,the actual clinical manifestations are recorded and the corresponding dialectical analysis is given.Conclusion Good therapeutic effect can be achieved by differentiating syndromes from liver,kidney or other aspects and determining treatment plan rationally.
