大承气汤加薏苡仁败酱草治疗急性胰腺炎经验介绍  

Experience Introduction on Dachengqi Decoction Combined with Coix Seed and Atrina Glass in Treating Acute Pancreatitis

摘　　要：急性胰腺炎以腹痛为主要表现,主要以热结胃肠、邪实热盛之腑实证为主,临床上常用大承气汤等治疗该病,我们认为急性胰腺炎既有阳明腑实的表现又符合内痈的表现,用大承气汤加薏苡仁败酱草治疗急性胰腺炎不仅兼顾阳明腑实的病机而且兼顾内痈的病机,符合临床实际。Acute pancreatitis is mainly characterized by abdominal pain,which is mainly based on the enthusiasm of heat-associated gastrointestinal tract and evil heat.The Dachengqi decoction is commonly used to treat this disease.We think that acute pancreatitis has both a positive performance of Yangming and a performance of internal carbuncle.Treating acute pancreatitis with Dachengqi decoction combined with coix seed and atrina glass not only take into account the pathogenesis of Yangming's compaction but also take into account the pathogenesis of internal carbuncle,which is in line with clinical practice.
