甜梦胶囊联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗女性更年期抑郁症伴焦虑临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察更年期抑郁症伴焦虑患者应用甜梦胶囊与盐酸帕罗西汀治疗的效果。方法选取2017年4月-2018年11月鹰潭市人民医院收治的58例更年期抑郁症伴焦虑患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各29例。对照组使用盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组予以盐酸帕罗西汀与甜梦胶囊联合治疗。比较2组心理状况[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分]、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(Malonic dialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)]。结果 2组治疗后HAMD与HAMA评分及MDA均下降、SOD上升,且观察组幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对更年期抑郁症伴焦虑女性患者,予以甜梦胶囊与盐酸帕罗西汀联合治疗可有效减少负性情绪,利于减轻氧化应激反应,改善患者心理状况。Objective To observe the effect of Tianmeng capsule and paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of menopausal depression with anxiety.Methods 58 patients with climacteric depression and anxiety were selected from April 2017 to November 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups by random number table,29 cases each.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,while the observation group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride and Tianmeng capsule.Mental status[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score],oxidative stress index[Malonic dialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,HAMD and HAMA scores,MDA and SOD in both groups decreased,and the observation group was larger than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For female patients with menopausal depression and anxiety,the combination of Tianmeng capsule and paroxetine hydrochloride can effectively reduce negative emotions,reduce oxidative stress response and improve the psychological status of patients.
