摘 要:围绕全面提高人才培养能力这个核心,依新高教40条中提出的“围绕激发学生学习兴趣和潜能深化教学改革”为指导思想,结合中医药院校本科学生的学习现状提出推进学分制改革,因材施教,因材管理的管理制度。通过加强师资队伍建设,强化高校间学分互认,加强导师制建设,构建多元化课程模块,多渠道获得学分,加大奖惩力度;推动课堂教学革命;通过规范考核方式、优化考试内容、多元化培养等方式加强学习过程管理。Focusing on the core of comprehensively improving the ability of personnel training,according to the guiding ideology of"inspiring students'interest and potential to deepen teaching reform"proposed in 40 articles of the new higher education,combined with the current situation of undergraduate students of Chinese medicine colleges,the reform of the credit system is proposed,according to the material teaching,management system for the management of materials.By strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,strengthen mutual recognition of credits between universities,strengthen the construction of tutor system,build a diversified curriculum module,obtain credits through multiple channels,increase rewards and punishments;promote classroom teaching revolution;standardize assessment methods,optimize examination content,and diversify cultivate and other methods to strengthen the management of learning processes.
