摘　　要：唑来膦酸是乳腺癌晚期骨转移常用药物,长期应用可增加下颌骨坏死的风险;治疗前做好口腔检查,及时处理口腔问题,治疗期中及治疗后保持口腔清洁卫生,重视患者主诉;当患者出现牙齿牙龈疼痛等不适时,要警惕是否是应用唑来膦酸后并发下颌骨骨髓炎或骨坏死的可能.Thystic acid is a commonly used drug for advanced bone metastasis of breast cancer;its longterm application can increase the risk of jaw bone necrosis.Oral examination should be done before treatment;oral problems timely treated;oral hygiene maintained during treatment and after treatment;and attention to patients’complaints paid.When patients appear tooth or gum pain and other discomfort,be alert to the possibility of concurrent jaw myelitis or bone necrosis after the application of argon acid.
