摘  要:对高职院校来说,“双师型”教师是新时代背景下新的发展方向与培养策略。校企合作是培养“双师型”教师的重要途径,但在校企合作培养“双师型”教师的过程中,仍存在一些不容忽视的问题,导致“双师型”教师质量参差不齐。在分析目前“双师型”教师校企合作培养过程中存在问题的基础上,探究相应的改进策略,为高职院校“双师型”教师培养提供借鉴意义。For higher vocational colleges,"double-qualified"teachers are a new development direction and cultivation strategy under the background of the new era.College-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate"double-qualified"teachers,but there are still some problems that can not be ignored in the process of cultivating"double-qualified"teachers by college-enterprise cooperation,which leads to uneven quality of"double-qualified"teachers.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the process of cultivating"double-qualified"teachers,this paper explores the corresponding improvement strategies and provides reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate"double-qualified"teachers.
