贵州省农村留守儿童体质健康运动干预研究

摘　　要：通过对贵州农村留守儿童体质健康进行运动干预,旨在解决农村留守儿童体质健康水平低下问题,为农村留守儿童的体育教学提供实践借鉴.对实验所测数据采用SPSS17.0进行处理,研究结果为:1)农村留守儿童运动干预前、后体重、身高变化不显著(P>0.05),胸围、上臂部、肩胛部、腹部皮褶厚度显著降低(P<0.05),收缩压、舒张压变化不显著(P>0.05),安静脉搏有所降低、肺活量增大显著(P<0.05),身体运动素质显著提高(P<0.05);2)运动干预4种方案均能够提高农村留守儿童体质健康水平,但是由于本研究未将非留守儿童的学生进行实验对比研究,导致运动干预方案的实验效果推广存在一定的局限性.Through exercise intervention in the physical health of left-behind children in rural Guizhou,it aims to solve poor physical health of left-behind children and provides practical reference for the sports teaching of left-behind children in rural areas.The experimental data are processed in SPSS17.0.the results are the followings:1)there is no significant difference in the weight,height and BMI of rural left-behind children before and after exercise intervention(P>0.05),the skinfold thickness of chest,upper arm,shoulder blade and abdomen is decreased enormously(P<0.05),the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure all have no obvious changes(P>0.05),the quiet pulse is reduced slightly and the lung capacity is increased significantly(P<0.05);the body quality is improved obviously(P<0.05),2)all the four sports intervention schemes can improve the physical health level of left-behind children in rural areas.However,due to the absence of experimental research on students of un-left-behind children in this study,there are some limitations in the promotion of the experimental effects of sports intervention schemes.
