Er∶YAG激光照射用于慢性牙周炎基础治疗的短期疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究Er∶YAG激光照射用于慢性牙周炎基础治疗的短期疗效。方法选取我院2016年8月至2019年5月收治的60例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。所有患者接受超声洁治1周后,对照组行超声龈下刮治、根面平整术治疗,观察组行超声龈下刮治、根面平整术治疗后再行Er∶YAG激光照射治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者超声洁治后第1周、第4周和第8周的菌斑指数、探针出血指数、牙周附着丧失指数比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);超声洁治后第4周和第8周,两组患者的菌斑指数、探针出血指数、牙周附着丧失指数均显著低于超声洁治后第1周(P <0.05)。结论采用Er∶YAG激光照射治疗慢性牙周炎获得的短期疗效与牙周基础治疗的效果相似,临床上可根据患者的实际情况决定是否选择Er∶YAG激光照射辅助治疗。Objective To study the short-term efficacy of Er:YAG laser irradiation in the basic treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods 60 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received ultrasonic scaling. After 1 week of ultrasonic scaling, the control group was given ultrasonic subgingival scaling and root planning, while the observation group was given Er:YAG laser irradiation after ultrasonic subgingival scaling and root planning. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results No statistical difference was found in the plaque index, probe bleeding index and periodontal attachment loss index between the two groups at the 1 st week, 4 th week and 8 th week after ultrasonic scaling(P >0.05). At the 4 thweek and 8 th week after ultrasonic scaling, the plaque index,probe bleeding index and periodontal attachment loss index of the two groups were significantly lower than those at the 1 st week after ultrasonic scaling(P <0.05). Conclusions Er:YAG laser irradiation in the treatment of chronic periodontitis has similar short-term efficacy to periodontal basic treatment. It is clinically possible to decide whether or not to choose Er:YAG laser irradiation adjuvant therapy according to actual situation of patients.
