摘 要:目的观察右丙亚胺在急性白血病化疗患者心脏保护中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月至2018年12月期间我院收治的急性白血病患者96例,随机分为两组各48例。对照组接受单纯蒽环类药物(ANT)化疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用右丙亚胺。比较两组患者化疗前后的心脏功能指标(LVEF、 BNP、 cTnt)、心电图变化。结果化疗前,两组患者的LVEF、BNP、 c Tnt水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);化疗后,观察组的LVEF水平高于对照组,BNP、 cTnt水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的心电图异常发生率为18.75%,低于对照组的58.33%(P <0.05)。结论右丙亚胺在急性白血病患者化疗中能够降低ANT心脏毒性,具有良好的心脏保护作用。Objective To observe the application effect of dexrazoxane on cardioprotect ion in patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy. Methods 96 patients with acute leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group only received chemotherapy with anthracycline(ANT),while the observation group received dexrazoxane on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function indicators(LVEF, BNP, cTnt) and ECG changes before and after chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results Before chemotherapy, no statistical difference was found in the LVEF, BNP and cTnt levels between the two groups(P >0.05). After chemotherapy, the LVEF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the BNP and cTnt levels were lower than those of the control group(all P <0.05). The incidence of abnormal electrocardiogram in the observation group was 18.75%, lower than 58.33% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions For patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy, dexrazoxane can reduce ANT cardiotoxicity with good cardioprotective effect.
