摘  要:目的:探讨分析脑中风抑郁症患者接受中药柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤的治疗效果以及对神经功能的改善作用.方法:选择我院门诊部在2017年7月―2018年7月诊治的脑中风抑郁症患者,随机分为观察组(42例)和对照组(38例),观察组与对照组患者分别采用西药和柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,比较效果.结果:分别比较两组患者的总体治疗有效率以及汉密尔顿量表(HAMD)评分,观察组在这两项指标上均比对照组优越,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对脑中风抑郁症患者,采用中药柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤开展治疗,能够提升治疗有效率,改善患者的神经功能,减少抑郁症状出现,总体效果较好,具备临床推广实用价值.Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤)on the treatment of cerebral apoplexy and the improvement of neurological function.Methods:80 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into the observation group(42 cases)and control group(38 cases).The two groups were treated with western medicine and Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction respectively,and the results were compared.Results:The total e ffective rate and Hamilton Scale(HAMD)score of the two groups were compared.The observation group was superior to the control group in these two indexes,the difference was signi ficant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with cerebral apoplexy,Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction could enhance the effective rate,improve the nerve function and reduce the occurrence of depressive symptoms.The overall e ffect was good and it had practical value of clinical popularization.
