子宫腺肌症患者行子宫动脉栓塞术后生活质量的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫腺肌症患者行子宫动脉栓塞术后生活质量现状。方法采用SF-36量表对本科室收治的85例行子宫动脉栓塞术的子宫腺肌症患者进行调查。结果年龄≥40岁的患者的BP和SF得分明显高于年龄<40岁的患者[(62.71±22.81)比(48.86±31.14),(78.27±23.60)比(62.21±32.33)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);没有合并平滑肌瘤的患者的BP得分明显高于合并平滑肌瘤的患者[(59.01±27.25)比(37.38±26.21)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前疼痛得分4~10分的患者的PF、BP、SF、PCS、MCS和TCS得分明显低于术前疼痛得分0~3分的患者(P<0.05)。结论行子宫动脉栓塞术后子宫腺肌症患者生活质量与患者年龄、既往史如合并平滑肌瘤、术前疼痛评分有一定的相关性。可通过专业知识并预见性护理,满足不同年龄、既往史患者的心理需求采取针对性干预,以提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the quality of life in patients with adenomyosis after uterine arterial embolization.Method 85 patients with adenomyosis undergoing uterine arterial embolization in our department were investigated with SF-36 scale.Results The BP and SF scores of patients≥40 years old were higher than those of patients<40 years old[(62.71±22.81)vs.(48.86±31.14),(78.27±23.60)vs.(62.21±32.33)](P<0.05).The BP score of patients without leiomyoma was higher than that of patients with leiomyoma[(59.01±27.25)vs.(37.38±26.21)](P<0.05).The PF,BP,SF,PCS,MCS,and TCS scores of patients with preoperative pain score of 4-10 points were lower than those of patients with preoperative pain score of 0-3 points(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with uterine adenomyosis after uterine arterial embolization has a certain correlation with their age,past history such as leiomyoma,and preoperative pain score.Through professional knowledge and predictive care,it can meet the psychological needs of patients with different age and past history to take targeted interventions to improve the quality of life of patients.
