摘　　要：创伤是机体在发生应激反应对抗有害刺激的同时,产生一系列生化反应,导致多脏器功能不全。应激性肝损伤是其中一种常见又容易被临床所忽略的并发症,一旦出现严重肝功能损害,必然增加创伤患者的病死率。目前,创伤后应激性肝损伤的发病机制尚不完全清楚,多因素所致肝细胞凋亡可能是应激性肝损伤发生发展的关键环节。本文主要针对创伤后应激性肝损伤的发病机制及各种创伤导致的应激性肝损伤的临床表现作一综述。Trauma can cause the body to react against harmful simulation and produce a series of biochemical reactions,leading to multiple organ dysfunction.Liver injury following stress is one of the common complications and may,however,not bring physician’s concern timely.The mortality of trauma patients will inevitably increase after severe hepatic impairment.At present,the pathogenesis of traumatic stress-induced liver injury remains unclear,and multi-factor-induced apoptosis of liver cells may play an important role in the occurrence and development of stress-induced liver injury.This narrative review mainly focuses on the pathogenesis of traumatic stress-induced liver injury and the manifestations of stress-induced liver injury caused by various trauma.
