摘　　要：白血病是一类来源于造血干细胞的恶性肿瘤,其死亡率高、治疗难度大,严重威胁人类的生命健康。白血病的发病与转归是由多重因素综合作用所致,伴随我国社会经济快速的发展,环境污染愈演愈烈,其中室内装修污染作为白血病发病的危险因素,引起了学术界的广泛关注。本文就室内装修污染中的甲醛、苯、氡等对人体的影响、致病机制、与白血病的相关性以及预防进行综述,以期提高对室内装修污染与白血病的认识,为预防白血病提供一定的参考。Leukemia is a kind of malignant tumor derived from hematopoietic stem cells.Its mortality rate is high and its treatment is difficult,which seriously threatens human life and health.The pathogenesis and outcome of leukemia is caused by the combination of multiple factors.With the rapid development of China’s social economy,environmental pollution has become more and more serious.Among them,indoor decoration pollution,as a risk factor for leukemia,has aroused widespread concern in the academic community.This paper reviews the effects of formaldehyde,benzene,radon,etc.on the human body,the pathogenic mechanism,the correlation with leukemia and prevention,in order to improve the understanding of interiordecoration pollution and leukemia,and provide some reference for the prevention of leukemia.
