摘　　要：根据2019年世界跆拳道锦标赛的实况录像,运用文献资料法、录像观察法、录像分析法和数理统计法对女子+73kg决赛郑姝音比赛过程进行归纳总结,找出存在的问题,为今后科学指导跆拳道教学训练并在2020年东京奥运会中取得理想运动成绩提供理论借鉴。According to the live video of the 2019 World Taekwondo Championships,the documentary method,video observation method,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method are used to summarize the process of the women's+73kg final Zheng Yuyin competition,find out the existing problems,and guide the Taekwondo teaching for the future.Trained and provided theoretical references for achieving excellent sports performance in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
