摘　　要：《资本论》中的劳工斗争叙事,展现了既有《资本论》法律思想研究中微观部门法路径拓展的活力。继宏观法哲学研究思路之后,探析市场经济具体领域中的权利机理,是更加精细化的研究思路,而《<资本论>劳工权益思想研究》是夯实此思路的一部力作。该书通过运用劳工权益这一基石范畴,系统梳理了《资本论》及其手稿中的劳动法思想,比较完整地揭示了劳动与资本的法权机理。同时,书中对“劳工权益”概念的分析,经典作家劳权思想与新时代劳资共享机制建构的衔接,劳动权利在法治经济建设中的优化配置,都还需要结合中国劳动法治的实践持续不断地探索。The narrative of labor struggle in Das Kapital shows the vitality of the development of the path of microsectoral law in the study of the legal thoughts of Das Kapital.After studying the philosophy of macro law,the idea of studying the mechanism of rights in specific departments on the ground is more refined.Study on Labour Rights Thought of Das Kapital is a good book.The book systematically combs through the theory of labor law in the capital and its manuscripts through the use of the basic category of labor rights and interests,and relatively fully reveals the legal mechanism of historical materialism.simultaneously,the exploration of the concept of"labor rights and interests"in the book,the connection between the classical writer’s idea of labor rights and the construction of the labor sharing mechanism,and the idea of the allocation of labor rights in the construction of the rule of law economy will all produce constantly optimized kinetic energy.
