摘 要:以某轿车车门的防撞梁和铰链为研究对象,对其进行优化分析。首先进行了结构强度分析,建立了车门防撞梁和铰链的物理模型,之后导入ANSYS软件进行线性静力结构分析,找出其受力变形区域,验证优化的可行性。通过对车门的防撞梁和铰链的优化分析,提高车门的强度性能,增加车门的安全性。Taking the anti-collision beam and hinge of a car door as the research object.In order to optimize the analysis,firstly,the structural strength analysis is carried out,the physical model of anti-collision beam and hinge of car door is established,then imported it into the software of ansys for the analysis of linear static structure,find out the stress deformation area and verify the feasibility of optimization,through the optimization analysis of the anti-collision beam and hinge of car door,the strength performance of the door is improved,at last increased the safety of car door.
