水凝胶治疗慢性伤口的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察水凝胶治疗慢性伤口的临床疗效.方法:收集68例慢性伤口患者,随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(33例),观察组:先用生理盐水清洗伤口,用碘伏消毒局部,无菌组织剪剪去坏死组织,再用碘伏消毒局部,水凝胶涂擦伤口,无菌纱布覆盖并包扎局部,每日换药.对照组:坏死组织较多,深达肌肉下层用紫归长皮膏祛腐生肌,伤口深达皮下组织和肌肉层可用冰石长皮膏,或者隔日交替换药使用.结果:观察组35例,33例为治愈和好转(有效),未愈(无效)2例;对照组33例,13例为治愈和好转(有效),20例未愈(无效).观察组有效率94.26%高于对照组的39.39%,有极显著性差异(P<0.001).观察组的平均愈合天数为180±5天,对照组的平均愈合天数为180±10天,二组平均愈合天数无显著差异.结论:水凝胶治疗慢性伤口使用方便,效果显著,值得临床应用.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hydrogel treatment of chronic wounds for 1 year.Methods 70 patients with chronic wounds were collected and divided into observation group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases).Observation group:First wash the wound with normal saline,disinfect the area with iodophorremove the necrotic tissue with sterile tissue scissors,and then disinfect the area with iodophonwipe the wound with hydrogel,and cover and localize with sterile gauze,daily dressing.Control group:There are many necrotic substances.Septic muscle that deep to the lower muscle layer can be removed by using Zigui long skin cream,that deep to subcutaneous tissue and muscle layers can be removed by using Ice stone long skin cream,or they can use the drug every other day instead.Results In the observation group,there were 35 cases,33 cases were cured and improved(effective),and 2 cases were not healed(ineffective);33 patients in the control group,13 patients were cured and improved(effective),20 patients were untreated(ineffective).The effective rate of treating chronic wounds in the two groups was 94.26%in the observation group and 39.39%in the control group,with extremely significant difference(P<0.001).The average number of healing days in the observation group was 180±5 days,and the average number of healing days in the control group was 180±10 days.There was no significant difference in the average healing days between the two groups.Conclusion The hydrogel treatment of chronic wounds is easy to use and has advantages in efficacylt is worthy of clinical application.
