玻璃体切割术在复杂眼外伤治疗中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨复杂眼外伤临床治疗中玻璃体切割术的应用效果.方法:选择2017年7月-2019年4月于我院接受玻璃体切割术治疗的82例(82眼)复杂眼外伤患者为对象,记录并分析82例患者的治愈率、并发症发生率,并对比手术治疗前后的视力状况以及不同疗效患者的玻璃体高迁移率族蛋白(HMGB1)表达水平.结果:82例患者经过玻璃体切割术治疗后,68例为功能性治愈,占82.93%,12例为解剖性治愈,占14.63%,2例未治愈,占2.44%;术后有2例高眼压,2例眼前房渗出性炎症,2例角膜水肿,占7.32%;对比术前术后的视力状况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);功能性治愈患者的玻璃体HMGB1表达水平与其他患者较为接近,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:复杂眼外伤临床治疗中采用玻璃体切割术有较好的治疗效果.Objective To investigate the application effect of vitrectomy in clinical treatment of complicated ocular traumaMethods Eightytwo(82 eyes)complicated ocular trauma patients who underwent vitrectomy in our hospital from July 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled.The cure rate and complication rate of 82 patients were recorded and analyzed.The visual acuity before and after surgical treatment and the expression level of vitreous high mobility group protein(HMGB1)in patients with different curative effects were compared.Results After treatment of 82 patients with vitrectomy68 patients were functionally cured,accounting for 82.93%,12 patients were anatomically cured,accounting for 14.63%,2 patients were not cured,accounting for 2.44%;2 patients were treated High intraocular pressure,2 cases of anterior chamber exudative inflammation,2 cases of corneal edema,accounting for 7.32%;compared with preoperative and postoperative visual status,the difference was significant,that is,statistically significant(P<0.05);fimctionally cured patients The expression level of vitilla HMGB1 was similar to that of other patients,and there was no significant difference between the data groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy has a good application value in the clinical treatment of complex ocular trauma.
