柴胡桂枝汤联合文拉法辛治疗中重度抑郁症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡桂枝汤联合文拉法辛治疗中重度抑郁症的临床研究。方法随机选择中重度抑郁症病人60例,按照随机数字表法分为单药组与联合组,各30例。单药组采用文拉法辛治疗,联合组采用柴胡桂枝汤联合文拉法辛治疗。比较治疗前、治疗6周时两组汉密顿抑郁量表评分,记录治疗期间药物不良反应,评价治疗1个疗程后临床疗效。结果治疗6周时,两组病人汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组显著低于单药组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,联合组药物不良反应发生率明显低于单药组(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程后,联合组总有效率显著高于单药组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝汤联合文拉法辛治疗中重度抑郁症可较好地改善病人抑郁症状,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi decoction(CGD) and venlafaxine in the treatment of moderate to severe depression.Methods Sixty patients with moderate-severe depression were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=30) treated with venlafaxine,and treatment group(n=30) treated with CGD and venlafaxine for 6 weeks.The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) before treatment and 6 weeks of treatment were evaluated.The adverse drug reactions during the treatment were recorded.The curative effect was evaluated after one course of treatment.Results After 6 week of treatment,HAMD scores were decreased in two groups(P<0.05),which was significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions during the treatment period was significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of CGD and venlafaxine can relieve the depressive symptoms,improve the clinical effect in patients with moderate-severe depression.
