摘 要:患者就医期间对医生诊疗活动认知的心理归因偏差是导致其伦理责任缺失的重要影响因素。通过分析引起患者心理归因偏差的内部和外部成因,探析心理归因偏差与伦理责任缺失之间的影响关系,提出通过营造积极的医患沟通氛围、加强患者医学知识和伦理责任教育、伦理自律与法律他律相结合等措施,引导患者建立正确的就医心理认知和伦理责任担当的心理归因纠偏和伦理责任重塑对策,为从伦理学途径构建和谐医患关系提供有益借鉴。Psychological attribution bias of patients about diagnosis and treatment activities is a significant factor in causing ethical responsibility deficiency.This paper helps patients in establishing correct medical psychological cognition and ethical responsibility and provides beneficial reference for building harmonious doctor-patient relationship through ethical approach by analyzing internal and external causes of psychological attribution bias of patients,investigating relations between psychological attribution bias and ethical responsibility deficiency,promoting active communication between doctors and patients,enhancing medical knowledge and ethical responsibility education and uniting self-discipline of ethics and legal regulation.
