摘　　要：探求在对性传播疾病患者诊治过程中实施医学人文关怀对提高患者治疗依从性、促进其早日康复和减少性传播疾病蔓延的意义。通过对大同市第五人民医院实施人文关怀培训后接诊的100例性传播疾病患者与人文关怀培训前接诊的73例普通患者诊治的对比研究,主要包括接诊、治疗与治疗后三个阶段的全程人文关怀及特殊人群的针对性人文关怀。研究显示,与实行人文关怀前相比,实施人文关怀的100例患者的治疗依从性明显提高。由此可见,医学人文关怀在性传播疾病诊治中的实施是可行且有效的。The authors want to explore the significance of implementing humanistic medical care in the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)patients,so as to see if it can improve their compliance and promote their early recovery and reduce the spread of STD.A comparative study is conducted on the diagnosis and treatment of 100STD patients who receive humanistic care in Datong Fifth People's Hospital after the medical care providers have been trained and 73common patients who receive common treatment before trained.The humanistic care mainly includes the whole process of humanistic care in the three stages of reception,during treatment and after treatment,and the targeted humanistic care of special population.The study shows that medical humanistic care can significantly improve patients'compliance.Medical humanistic care is feasible and effective in the diagnosis and treatment of STD.
